You may arrive on-site beginning at 7am to set up. Everything must be taken down, cleaned, and everyone must exit the property by 11pm.
*Includes 180 white resin folding chairs and use of the elegant bridal room with kitchenette, private restroom, and beauty bar for bridal attendants​.
The Barn

*Includes up to 13 60-inch round tables, 4 8-ft rectangular tables, 4 6-foot rectangular tables, and 170 grey padded folding chairs.
*Black table cloths are available for an additional $10 each.
*Large smart TV available for your media use.
*Includes kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven. microwave, and coffee maker.
*Two large doors roll up, accessing the patio overlooking the pond. (If the doors are open, HVAC will not be used. Please consider this during the warmer and colder months.)
