The Pavilion
GRAND OPENING SPECIAL NOW THROUGH OCTOBER!

*One-day rental from 7am - 11pm.
You may arrive on-site to set up beginning at 7am. Everything must be taken down and cleaned, and everyone must exit the property by 11pm.
*Includes 180 white resin folding chairs and use of the elegant bridal room with kitchenette, private restroom, and beauty bar for bridal attendants​.

The Barn
GRAND OPENING SPECIAL NOW THROUGH OCTOBER!
(Receive grand opening discount on events through October 31, 2025, plus take your bridal portraits on a separate scheduled day at no additional cost. FREE table linens are included with a rental of The Barn with our grand opening special. Regular pricing begins November 1, 2025.)

*One-day rental from 7am - 11pm.
You may arrive on-site to set up beginning at 7am. Everything must be taken down and cleaned, and everyone must exit the property by 11pm.
*Includes up to thirteen 60-inch round tables, four 8-foot rectangular tables, four 6-foot rectangular tables, and 170 grey padded folding chairs.
*Black table cloths are available for an additional $10 each.
*Large smart TV available for your media use.
*Includes kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker.
*Two large doors roll up, accessing the patio overlooking the pond. (If the doors are open, HVAC will not be used. Please consider this during the warmer and colder months.)
